Celebrate Canada Day the best way you can by attending the 67th Annual Cherry Fiesta in Osoyoos on Wednesday, July 1, 2015, planned and organized the volunteers of the Osoyoos Festival Society.
On Tuesday, June 30, take in the Miss Osoyoos Pageant at Sonora Centre starting at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are available at the door.

Then bright and early on Wednesday start your day off with a delicious pancake breakfast for $5.00 at Town Square from 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Each order prepared especially for you by the Osoyoos Rotary Club.
The traditional water fight between Osoyoos bravest water-pistol slingers and the Osoyoos and Anarchist Volunteer Fire Department starts at 10:50 a.m. on Main Street between Home Hardware and Shoppers Drug Mart. So please if you do not want to get wet, stay out of these zones!.
Once the mist has cleared, sit back, relax and enjoy the parade. Starting at 11:00 a.m along Main Street Osoyoos, and dispersing two blocks passed Subway. We will have a fabulous parade for you to enjoy, so cheer, chap and wave to each and every entry; as your response makes it worthwhile for all of the hard work they have done for your enjoyment.
JUST A REMINDER: to accommodate the parade Highway 3 (Main Street) will be closed from 10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. on July 1 and we would appreciate no parking on Main Street after 8:00 p.m. on June 30.
Following the parade, head down to Gyro Beach for a full day of activities, live entertainment, cherry spit and cherry pie eating contests. There will be food and craft venues, children’s activities on the beach, the Elks Beer Garden, or mosey on over to the Osoyoos Legion for beef on a bun and a cool refreshment.

Then at dusk around 10:15 p.m. on the beach at Gyro Park, the Osoyoos Fireworks Committee will dazzle you with the Best Fireworks display in BC!!. Everyone is welcome to attend and we hope that you will have a fabulous day.
