If you’ve avoided yoga because you think you’re not flexible enough, this gentle Hatha style class is an ideal practice. Flexibility comes with practice, so let’s start here. Props help to gently lengthen your muscles in gradual increments, while you gain strength, balance and ease in the body and mind. Experience stress reductions, relief from back pain, and feel better all over! Absolutely no previous yoga experience necessary; this class is for people who have never tried yoga, those who were discouraged with other yoga classes or for anyone who likes a gentle, nurturing and relaxing class.

Please bring a yoga mat, two blankets and a firm cushion to class. And remember, flexibility is just the ability to change! In the interest of hygiene, yoga mats will not be provided.
