Easy/Rehab Yoga (16+ years)

Wednesdays (April 4 to May 23, 2012)

Time: 10:15 AM to 11:15 AM

Location: Sonora Community Centre, Dance Studio

If you’ve ever had an injury - knee, shoulder, neck, hip or otherwise, suffer from arthritis, or are living with a condition that causes pain in the joints or muscles, you know how taxing it can be to live with that day to day. Having personal experience with knee, shoulder and neck injuries, I’ve embraced yoga to help rehabilitate myself, improve joint mobility, recapture range of motion and alleviate pain and I’d like to share this practice with you. Concentrating on shoulders, knees, hips, neck and back, this is a gentle, relaxing class, but also one that will work to improve mobility so may be challenging to some. Please bring a yoga mat and blankets for savasana.  In the interest of hygiene, yoga mats will not be supplied.

Instructor: Tina - Matrix Yoga
