Thursdays (January 19 to March 15, 2012)
Time: 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm 
Location: Sonora Community Centre Dance

A level 2 class, recommended for regular practitioners, but suitable for beginners with a moderate to advance fitness level, we practice in a room heated to a maximum of 38 degrees. Be prepared to sweat. We recommend a yoga towel, extra water and light clothing and that you not eat for 2 hours prior to class. Sorry, but no one with heart or blood pressure conditions or those who are pregnant are permitted to class. Waiver to be signed. Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to class in order to acclimatize to the heat. Please bring  your own yoga mat and a blacket for saasana.  IN THE INTEREST OF HYGIENE YOGA MATS WILL NOT BE SUPPLIED.
