Location: Sonora Community Centre, Dance Studio

People keep telling you that you should take yoga.  You know you should take yoga.  You'd lile to take yoga.  Do it now!  We provide an environment that will allow you to learn the posures without any pressure or need to perform while allowing deep stretching and relaxation.  We will work specifically on backs, shoulders and hips to provide optimum movement to joints and muscles.  You'll be given some basic posures that you can take home and practive 10 minutes a day when you don't have a class.  Yoga will imrpove just about any sport, golf, hockey, soccer, and curling.
