NEW Fitness Classes being offered at the Sonora Community Centre

The Community Services Department is excited to announce changes to our morning fitness classes - effective immediately!

Cardio Combo with Louise Snider
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
8:45am-9:45am

This low impact aerobics program offers toning and stretching along with a great cardio workout!  A perfect class for beginners or those looking for a class that's not too intense.

 

Cardio-Strength Interval Training with Kelsi Bissonnette
Tuesdays and Thursdays
8:45am-9:45am

A combination class of cardiovascular exercises combined with intervals of strength training using various equipment. This class will target the entire body, with focus on the CORE. Interval training gives the body the variety and change in exercises, which is very effective to show results because each time you come the workout changes. You never get bored! This class is suitable for all levels and modifications will be shown. Please bring water, a towel, light workout wear, good clean runners and a positive attitude.
