Notice Disposition of Land Okanagan Regional Library

Pursuant to Section 26 of the Community Charter and in accordance with Section 94, notice is hereby given that the Town of Osoyoos intends to lease to the Okanagan Regional Library a portion of the facility known as the Sonora Community Centre located at 8505 68th Avenue and legally described as Lot A, Plan KAP77232, DL2450s, SDYD, PID 026-173-247 and comprising of 3,380 sq. ft., for a term of 3 years from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2014. The annual rental fee for the space is $12.00/ft2 including utilities.
