At the October 20, 2014 Regular Open meeting Council awarded the tender to Crown Contracting Limited.

Sealed tenders clearly marked “Gyro Park Multi-Purpose Plaza and Parking Lot” will be received at the Town of Osoyoos Municipal office (8707 Main Street) up to 2:00 PM local time, Wednesday, October 1, 2014.  Tenders will be opened in public at the Municipal Office at 2:00 PM on the tender closing date.
 
The Tender includes (6) phases of which 4 are part of the base bid and the remaining 2 are optional:
  1. Plaza paving including irrigation and electrical conduits;
  2. Tree and turf planting within plaza and furniture;
  3. Gyro parking area including trees and plants;
  4. Concession/washroom area paving, furniture and turf;
  5. Composite wood decking;
  6. Seating area around concession.
