ZumbAtomic ®   New

Let's face it, kids love to crank up the music, dance, wiggle, and have a blast with their friends.  With the Zumba® fitness formula it's a fun way to keep your kids fit and active.  The ZumbAtomic® program us designed exclusively for kids and pre-teens and recognizes that kids learn differently than adults.  ZumbAtomic® is also a great way to develop coordination, balance, discipline and confidence.  This latest craze uses repitition, lyrics and beats designed to assist youngsters in using movement to make healthy and fit fun.  We get moving with a fun warm up, a routine with specifically adapted ZumbAtomic® music and end with a cool down game.  Kids will need to dress in light, comfortable clothes with socks and shoes (dance sneakers or runners).  Please bring water in a water bottle labeled with their name.  Please note: Drop-ins are not covered with the Annual Family Pass.
