Construction on the Quail Place will begin Monday, March 16, 2026.

Quail Place will be fully closed during construction to allow crews to complete the work safely. A full-time traffic control person will be on site to help residents access their homes.

Motorists should also expect occasional traffic disruptions on 62nd Avenue.

Closure dates: March 16 – July 17, 2026
Working hours: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
