A class focused on helping people achieve their health and fitness goals through challenging STRENGTH, MOBILITY and FUNCTION! We encourage all fitness levels and everyone will be challenged and encourage each other through every workout. We have fun we work hard and we get results!
Cost:
3 month, 6 month and annual pass holders - FREE
All others - $36 / 8 classes
Registration is required for all fitness classes. Drop-ins will NOT be available. Registration will begin on Wednesday September 23rd and can be done over the phone or in person by appointment. Space is limited to a maximum of 20 participants per class. Registration for individual days is not permitted. Classes will be held at the Sonora Community Centre with limited equipment and physical distancing measures enforced. Masks are encouraged but not required.

Zumba

Mondays and Wednesdays 4:15pm-5:15pm
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party! Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check! Super fun? Check and check!

Cardio Combo - FULL

This low impact aerobics program offers toning and stretching along with a great cardio work out! A perfect class for beginners or those looking for a class that’s not too intense.
