Evacuation Order Rescinded for Main Street and Solana Key Drive

The Town of Osoyoos has rescinded mandatory Evacuation Orders for Main Street and Solana Key properties affected by the rise of Osoyoos Lake this spring. A list of these properties is below.

Due to lowered lake levels in Osoyoos Lake, the Evacuation ORDER, pursuant to the Emergency Program Act, issued by Town of Osoyoos in the vicinity of the Osoyoos Lake is rescinded for the following properties:

6 Solana Key Drive
 7702 Main Street

An Evacuation Alert, or Order, may need to be reissued; however, if that is deemed necessary, the process will re-commence.
