Agency Cooperation in Osoyoos Protecting Infrastructure

The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MoTI), the Regional District of Okanagan- Similkameen (RDOS) and the Town of Osoyoos are working together to plan and prevent erosion and obstruction issues in roadways in the Osoyoos areas.
 
This inter-agency cooperation will be better able to project and plan for variables as situations change.
 
Non-residents are asked to stay away from evacuated areas around Osoyoos Lake. Traffic control will be set in place on Lakeshore Drive (45th Street) in Osoyoos to limit access to this area to only local residents.
