BUSINESS

  • SE Meadowlark/Richter Property - Reviewed Information Package for Expression of Interest to develop the Southeast Meadowlark Area.  The Affordable Housing Society has met once, members of the community will be solicited for membership. Will proceed in the new year 
  • Council Budget Process - Council directs the Administration to advertise a Public Budget Input Meeting on January 12, 2015.
  • 2015 Special and Standing Committees:

ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • Christmas Shopping – remember the economic impact of your dollars if you ‘shop local’.  Sports teams and events are supported by local businesses.
  • ​Osoyoos Museum open house was held on the past weekend.  Will have a fundraising campaign to build the new museum.  The plans are available for the proposed building.

Copies of reports are available within the Council Agenda packages located on the Town’s website.
 
The public is encouraged to attend the Committee of the Whole meetings which take place in Council Chambers at 9:00 AM on the morning of the Regular Open Council meetings at 2:00 PM to learn additional in-depth information regarding upcoming business.
