DELEGATIONS
- Ray Vandenberg and Jean Clarke approached Council to request that the Town not continue using Automated Voting Machines
- Ed Grifone of CTQ Consultants made a presentation to Council of the Preliminary Gyro Park Pier Plan
- Jesse Zeman on behalf of the BC Wildlife Federation made a PowerPoint presentation to Council in regards to the proposed National Park
BYLAWS
BUSINESS
- Council discussed the Town of Osoyoos water source and consumption
- Gyro Park Plaza Stage “B” Extension – Council approved retaining H&M Excavating Ltd. for the contract price of $73,931.55 (including GST) with a target completion date of April 30, 2016
- BC One Call – Council approved entering into an agreement with BC One Call
- Special and Standing Committees – Council made the appointments to the 2016 Special and Standing Committees
REPORTS
- Council attended the ground-breaking ceremony for the Area 27 project
- Encourage people to attend Osoyoos Coyotes games
- Council wished everyone a Merry Christmas and a safe and happy holidays and all the best in 2016

The public is encouraged to attend the Committee of the Whole meetings which take place in Council Chambers at 9:00AM on the morning of the Regular Open Council meetings at 2:00 PM to learn additional in-depth information regarding upcoming business.
