Staff Reports

  • Council authorized the scope change of the Main Street Improvement Design for a total revised budget of $95,000.00. The new scope broadens public/stakeholder consultation to ensure that the Town is moving forward with an approved and widely accepted concept for Main Street before moving forward with a schematic design for Park Place to Kingfisher Drive. This change also expands the scope to consider Main Street from the intersection with Highway 97 to Lakeshore Drive; the original project considered from Eagle Court to Cottonwood Drive.
  • Council amended Proclamations Policy CCL-001 in order to ensure that it meets provincial and federal legislation and that any proclamation made by the Town promotes a climate of understanding and mutual respect.
