DELEGATION
-Community Services Master Plan – Presentation by Erik Lees and John Kirbyson of Lees & Associates Landscape Architects and Planners. The report was received for information.
BYLAWS
-Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1085.92, 2014 - Amendment for Osoyoos Desert Model Railroad at 11611 – 115 Street read a third time.
-Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1085.93, 2014 – read a first and second time - Report 1 Renumbering of Zoning Bylaw Provisions for Medical Marihuana Grow Operations (MMGOs)
BUSINESS
-Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1085.90, 2014 – “Business Friendly” Amendments to Commercial Off-Street Parking Regulations. Discussion on the rate for payment in lieu of parking be brought forward at the September 15 meeting. Staff to follow up with Director of Finance on impact of reducing the rate. Bylaw No.1085.90 to proceed to first and second readings on September 15, 2014.
-Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1085.91, 2014 – Amendments to Multi-Family R7+ Residential Zone and Off-Street Parking Regulations. Staff to review bylaw section concerning reduced parking requirements. Council directs that Bylaw No. 1085.91, 2014 proceed to first and second readings.
-Town Bus - Municipal Election - Administration to follow up on bus service and mobile polls.
-RDOS Licence to Use Osoyoos Dog Pound - Council agrees to extend the Licence to Use the Osoyoos Pound for an additional one year term, to terminate on December 31, 2015, under the same terms and conditions as the 2014 Agreement.
-Okanagan Regional Library – Lease Renewal - The report be deferred to the regular meeting on September 15. Staff to re-assess the utilities and labour rates portions of the lease.
·Fire Hall Construction Alternate Approval Process - Council approves releasing to the public the report outlining the basis for determining the number of eligible electors in the area to which the alternate approval process applies.
·Museum Funding Request - Council approves the allocation of $17,929 from the museum building capital reserve to fund the projects identified by the Museum Society.
REPORTS/ANNOUNCEMENTS
-The fire hall hearing process was very informative with a good turnout of the public. Many good questions were asked and great dialogue took place.

The public is encouraged to attend the Committee of the Whole meetings which take place in Council Chambers at 9:00AM on the morning of the Regular Open Council meetings at 2:00 PM to learn additional in-depth information regarding upcoming business.
