Sun Bowl Arena
The Town of Osoyoos Community Services Department is inviting applications for a Relief Recreation Facilities Attendant.
The Applicant will be required to perform semi-skilled and skilled facilities maintenance of a varied nature under the direction of the Director of Community Services. Work involves ice-making duties, monitoring the operation of the refrigeration plant at the Sun Bowl Arena, custodial, janitorial, and maintenance duties at the facility as well as ground maintenance.
The applicant must possess a BC Driver’s License – Class 5, a First Aid Certificate, and a BC Safety Authority Certificate.
The position is a CUPE position and the 2018 pay rate is $25.55 - $30.06 (2019 rates) per hour plus 17% in lieu of benefits. Hours of work will vary and will include evening and weekend shifts.
