Notice Disposition of Land Okanagan Regional Library
Pursuant to Section 26 of the Community Charter and within accordance of section 94, notice is hereby given that the Town of Osoyoos intends to lease a portion of the following property to Okanagan Regional Library for a term of 3 years, from January 1, 2021 – December 31, 2023 for the purposes of operating a library.
The fee associated with this lease is based on a triple net rate of $9.40 per sq. ft. at 3,380 sq. feet, plus an amount of $6.00 per sq. ft. for utilities, maintenance and janitorial service. The fee will be paid quarterly and will increase annually by the Vancouver CPI for the portion of the fee associated to utilities, maintenance and janitorial services.
Subject property is legally described as Portion of Lot A, Plan KAP77232, DL2450s, SDYD, PID 026-173-247 and more commonly referred to as 8505 68th Avenue, Osoyoos, BC.
