Public Hearing will be held at 7:00pm in the Town of Osoyoos Council Chambers, located at 8707 Main Street to consider the following amendment bylaws:

Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 1230.09, 2011
Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1085.84, 2011

The subject property effected by the bylaws is a portion of 9901- 74th Avenue, legally described as “Lot 560, District Lot 2450s, Plan 1949, SDYD Except Plans “B” 3664, 17282, 21474, and 34499”. The purpose of the following bylaws is to provide for a new fire hall and adjoining stub road right of way.

All persons will be given an opportunity to be heard on the matter above.
