Public Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2012, at 7:00pm in the Town of Osoyoos Council Chambers, located at 8707 Main Street to consider the following amendment bylaw:
Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1085.86, 2012, will add “Marina” to the list of Permitted Uses for the CD5 Comprehensive Development Zone (Walnut Beach Resort). The subject property effected by the bylaw is 4200 Lakeshore Drive, legally described as “All Strata Lots KAS 3397, District Lot 1000, SDYD.”
All persons will be given an opportunity to be heard and to present written submissions on the matter above. Written submissions can be mailed to the undersigned or emailed to
tosoyoos@osoyoos.ca (The Town will only guarantee that emails received to this address will form part of the Council Agenda.) The deadline for written submissions is 12:00pm (Noon) Friday, August 17, 2012.
A copy of the amendment bylaw and accompanying documents may be inspected at www.osoyoos.ca or the Department of Planning and Development Services, located at 8711 Main Street from 8:00am to 4:00pm from Tuesday, August 7, 2012, to Monday, August 20, 2012, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
