Notice of Pulic Information Meeting

Public Notice is hereby given that a Public Information Meeting will be held on Thursday, September 02, 2010, from 4:00 - 6:00 pm (Brief Presentation at 4:15pm) at the Sonora Community Centre to provide the public with information regarding the following zoning amendment bylaws:



1)
The purpose of Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1085.76, 2010, is to update the definitions of “Manufactured Home” and “Mobile Home” in the Town of Osoyoos Zoning Bylaw 1085, 1998.




2)
The purpose of Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1086.78, 2010, is to add a new RSS-Single-Family Residential Strata Zone to the current list of zones within the Town of Osoyoos Zoning Bylaw 1085, 1998 to have all buildings conforming in Desert Rose Estates located at 9410-115th Street.




A copy of the amendment bylaws and accompanying documents may be inspected by clicking here
or at the Department of Planning and Development Services, located at 8711 Main Street from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm from Wednesday, August 25,  2010, to Thursday, September 02, 2010, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays.
