Public Notice is hereby given that the Town will be hosting a Public Information Meeting on Tuesday, March 30, 2010 from 12:00pm - 1:00pm and 4:00pm - 6:00pm in the Town of Osoyoos Planning and Development Services Office located at 8711 Main Street (next to the fire hall) to inform the public in regards to the following: 

The Town has prepared for Council consideration, Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1085.80, 2010, including 3 new water use zones; W1-Recreational Water, W2-Strata Water Use, and W3-Intensive Water Use, as well as water zoning definitions and water zoning regulations.

Bylaw 1085.80 also includes text amendments which will add site-specific permitted uses allowing marinas to be located at Lions Park, the Holiday Inn, and Safari Beach Motel. 

Public feedback from the session will be forwarded to Council's Committee of the Whole meeting on April 6, 2010.
