At the February 17, 2014 Regular Open meeting Council awarded the contract to Lees and Associates for the proposed amount of $53,985.49.
Sealed proposals clearly marked "COMMUNITY SERVICES MASTER PLAN" will be received by the Town of Osoyoos Municipal Office, 8707 Main Street, Osoyoos, B.C., V0H 1V0, up to and including 2:00 pm local time, Friday, January 24, 2014.
Proposals received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
Documents may be obtained from the Town offices or by clicking here to view the Town's Tenders and RFP's page.
This is a Request for Proposals and the Town is under no obligation to accept the lowest or any proposal and may accept the proposal which the Town considers most advantageous to itself.
Proposals will only be considered complete if all required information is provided including project team and lead, experience of company/team, proposed approach/methodology, completeness of proposal, inclusion of value added goods and/or services on the project, creativity of process, schedule, total cost, and all other relevant information requested on the attached documents and pertinent to the Community Services Master Plan.
All documents must be signed in order to be considered complete.
