RFP Main Street Improvements Design (Park Place to Kingfisher) Deadline January 14

Through this Request for Proposals, the Town of Osoyoos seeks to select a design and engineering firm to deliver a Schematic Phase Design with Class C Cost Estimate for boulevard and roadscape improvements to the section of Main Street, Osoyoos between Park Place and Kingfisher Drive.  These are the ‘Base Services’ to be delivered. Closing date and time is January 14, 2021 at 2:00 PM local time.

In addition, this RFP includes for the following extra ‘Optional Services’ which may be added to the Consultant’s contract at the Town’s sole discretion:

  • A concept ‘master plan’ for improvements to the entire stretch of Main St. from Eagle Court to Cottonwood Drive.
  • Detailed Design for the section of Main St. between Park Place and Kingfisher Drive, which builds-on the Schematic Design and results in ‘tender-ready’ package of drawings, specifications and schedule of quantities suitable for the Town to proceed to procurement and construction.
  • Construction Contract Administration & Technical Support to the Procurement Process for the construction of the section of Main St. between Park Place and Kingfisher Drive.
