Sealed Proposals clearly marked "Southeast Meadowlark Implementation Project" will be received at the Town of Osoyoos Planning and Development Office, 8711 Main Street, Osoyoos BC V0H 1V0, up to
2:00PM local time, Monday, December 6, 2010.

The Town is Requesting Proposals from qualified consultants to create a unifying urban design and architectural concept for medium density housing, and Intensive Residential Development Permit Area Guidelines.
