RFP Town Hall Roof Repair Deadline June 13, 2017
Sealed proposals clearly marked “2017 Operational Services Department Town Hall Roof Repair” will be received at the Town of Osoyoos Municipal Offices, 8707 Main Street, Osoyoos, BC up to 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, June 13, 2017.
The project comprises the following:
- Remove and Dispose of Existing Town Hall Roof Tiles (approximate area = 6300 ft2 )
- Inspect all Roof Structure Supports and replace if necessary
- Remove Existing Insulation and Replace with New (R50 Value)
- Remediate any mold discovered during the inspection process
- Eliminate Flat Roof area over Town Hall Front Entrance and Replace with a Roof matching the same Pitch as the Main Building Roof
- Remove, Dispose and Replace Existing Roof Tiles on Pergola Building beside Town Hall (approximate area = 200 ft2 ) Note: To be the same material as Town Hall Roof.
- Remove and Replace Existing Eave troughs on Town Hall
- Install New Roof (Metal, Tile or Solar option) Note: Material must be approved by the Town’s Planning and Development Department
