Town receives Federal Gas Tax Fund contribution for Rural Area Water System Twinning
The Town of Osoyoos is the water purveyor for both the Municipal Water System and Rural Water District Systems 8 & 9. Bylaw - 1357 Consolidated Version Osoyoos Water District Rates and Regulations Bylaw
Utility Invoices
Utility Water invoices are issued annually.
Payments are to be received by Monday, August 17, 2020 @ 4:30pm.
The Town accepts Interec/Debit, Cash, Cheque, e-Transfers and NOW Credit Cards which will include a convenience fee.
Payments can also be made through your financial institution by Phone or Internet if you have subscribed for that service.

- A 10% penalty is added to outstanding balances after August 17, 2020.
- Any outstanding balance on December 31, 2020 will be subject to a further 10% penalty and shall be deemed to be in arrears and shall be transferred to the rural property taxes as utilities in arrears effective January 10, 2021.
