Tender - Gyro Park Multi-Purpose Plaza Phase 1 and Parking Lot

Sealed tenders clearly marked “Gyro Park Multi-Purpose Plaza Phase 1 and Parking Lot” will be received at the Town of Osoyoos Municipal office (8707 Main Street) up to 2:00 PM local time, Wednesday, April 16, 2014. Tenders will be opened in public at the Municipal Office at 2:00 PM on the tender closing date.

A summary of specific work items includes the following (approx. quantities):

  • Concrete Paving (552 m²)
  • Concrete Unit Pavers (1,265 m²)
  • Concrete Retaining Walls (80 l.m.)
  • Composite Deck (297 m²)
  • Trees (26 ea.)
  • Soft Landscaping & Irrigation (900 m²)
  • Site Furnishings
Tender documents are available electronically below, BC Bid, and/or Southern Interior Construction Association (SICA).  Should any potential bidders download the tender document(s), it is the bidders’ responsibility to check for Addenda(s) that will be posted on the Town’s website.
 
If the information stipulated in the Tender is not enclosed with the Tender at the time of opening, the Tender will be rejected. The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
