Tenders will be opened in public in the Town of Osoyoos Office at 2:00 p.m. on the tender closing date. The project comprises the following works and approximate quantities:
PART A - SANI-DUMP STATION
- 25 m2 of cast-in-place concrete slab complete with slab drain and sanitary hatch.
- 10 m of 200Ø DR35 PVC sanitary sewermain and appurtenances.
- 340 m2 of asphalt placement.
- 45 m of Allan Block retaining wall complete with backfill and caps.
PART B - CURLEW WATER EXTENSION
Part C – LAKESHORE DRIVE WALKWAY RESTORATION
- 800 m2 of asphalt removal and replacement.
- 550 m of root guard installation.
Tender Documents are available electronically on the Town of Osoyoos website and/or BC Bid. Printed copies are available from the offices of TRUE Consulting (Kamloops) at a cost of $50.00, which is non-refundable. A Planholder Registration Form must be completed and faxed to TRUE Consulting in order to receive any addendums and/or additional information regarding this tender.
It is the sole responsibility of the Planholder to ensure that the Registration Form has been received by TRUE Consulting.
