At the June 6, 2011 Regular Open meeting Council awarded Part A & B to H&M Excavating for $102,502.40.  Part C will be retendered.

Sealed Tenders clearly marked “SANI DUMP, CURLEW WATER EXTENSION, LAKESHORE WALKWAY REHABILITATION will be received at the Town of Osoyoos Office, 8707 Main Street, Osoyoos, BC V0H 1V0 up to 2:00 PM local time, Wednesday, May 18, 2011.

Tenders will be opened in public in the Town of Osoyoos Office at 2:00 p.m. on the tender closing date.  The project comprises the following works and approximate quantities:

PART A - SANI-DUMP STATION

  • 25 m2 of cast-in-place concrete slab complete with slab drain and sanitary hatch.
  • 10 m of 200Ø DR35 PVC sanitary sewermain and appurtenances.
  • 340 m2 of asphalt placement. 
  • 45 m of Allan Block retaining wall complete with backfill and caps. 

PART B - CURLEW WATER EXTENSION

  • 240 m of 200Ø DR18 PVC watermain and appurtenances.
  • 80 m of 200Ø DR35 PVC gravity sanitary sewermain and appurtenances.
  • Bored crossing of Highway 97 complete with 400Ø steel casing, 200Ø PVC sanitary sewermain, and appurtenances.

Part C – LAKESHORE DRIVE WALKWAY RESTORATION

 

 

 

  • 800 m2 of asphalt removal and replacement. 
  • 550 m of root guard installation.

Tender Documents are available electronically on the Town of Osoyoos website and/or BC Bid.  Printed copies are available from the offices of TRUE Consulting (Kamloops) at a cost of $50.00, which is non-refundable. A Planholder Registration Form must be completed and faxed to TRUE Consulting in order to receive any addendums and/or additional information regarding this tender.

It is the sole responsibility of the Planholder to ensure that the Registration Form has been received by TRUE Consulting.
