Section 98 of the Community Charter sets out the requirements for municipalities to produce an Annual Report each year prior to June 30th. The report must contain:

1. audited financial statements,
2. report on permissive tax exemptions,
3. report on municipal services and operations for the previous year,
4. statement of objectives and measures for the current and next year.

The Town of Osoyoos will be considering the 2025 Annual Report at the Regular Open Meeting on Tuesday June 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at the Town Council Chamber at 8707 Main Street.
